I’m Valeria Huerta, a photographer based in Miami. 

My work centers on moments that exist between intensity and stillness, the parts of an experience that linger after the obvious moment has passed.

I photograph concerts, events, portraits, and quiet spaces with an attention to presence, proximity, and emotional residue. I’m drawn to what unfolds in between: a pause, a glance, the space after sound fades.

I carry a camera with me instinctively, drawn to small, fleeting moments that often go unnoticed. Photography is how I slow down and process the world, a way of paying attention and returning what I see in pieces of light and shadow.

Every shoot is a collaboration. An invitation to create something honest, grounded, and human.
